They say a trip to the wild parts of Africa changes you. Yes, this experience is one of our most exhilarating trips to date. Having elephants and lions roaring next to your tent while trying to get some rest, waking up to be greeted by Giraffes at your front door, and hearing that Baboons are stealing the shampoo from our shower areas are among the memories that we didn’t capture with our cameras on this trip.
Nevertheless, each day wowed us with nature’s beauty and harsh reality. This gallery is a small sample of the wonderful images we captured and have hanging on our walls. Africa is a class of its own, reminding us that, if managed properly, it offers a wild kingdom we can relish and share together. Hopefully for many generations.
